I would put ZERO if I could. She clipped a huge chunk of hair and asked… “is it too short?”. 😡🤬 I LITERALLY asked for skin fades, and she kept just sculpting my head with the clippers… Anyway, I got home and I two options, put a hat on for the next month or just shave it to forget my anger. I mean… cutting hair really is an art! If you cannot do what people ask for… just give it up!

First time at this particular Supercuts. Excellent location on Rt 38 with easy access to 495. Very clean and very friendly staff. My cuts are generally simple, but a lot of TLC was provided and my cut was perfect. This store is one of my favorites.

I had a shampoo, cut and blow dry done by Angie. The shampoo was relaxing, good water temperature and it smelled really nice. The cut was good, she has good communication and makes sure you're ok with the length. Up until here I was very satisfied and did not have a problem. When she was done with drying and "style" it was still bumpy and not all the way straight. $40 was a waste. I do not recommend.

2nd visit with Bree- she's just amazing. She listens, looks at your hair - offers suggestions and consultation. People if you have super thin hair, super thick hair, curly or straight, remember not all cuts will work for you- that's why talented hairstylists (Bree) are necessary!!! First visit. My hair was a mess- I started cutting it at home and needed correction asap! Booked in two hours later, saw Bree She was amazing. No judgements, just great cut from a true professional. Salon was well-run, clean and I was greeted immediately. I sat for less then 5 minutes before being taking to a chair to discuss what was going on. Bree looked at my hair (texture, "style", growth pattern- cowlick in back), asked me questions and created a great cut.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. My daughter and I got our haircut, and we're both beyond satisfied. I would highly recommend this Supercuts!

I always come to this location! The staff are very friendly, very accommodating to people when walking in without an appointment, and very skilled in giving me the cut I want when I show reference photos for cut and style. I love my hair every time I leave! They're very affordable and truly do great work.
